摘  要:为了对未来砍伐树木提供准确的固碳量评估,并为森林管理提供科学依据,同时深入了解气候因素对树木生长和固碳量的影响,开发了一个基于STM32单片机的树径自动测量和固碳量预测系统,利用树木年轮宽度即胸径变化来间接测量固碳量。系统结合传感器和物联网技术,实时收集树径、气候数据等信息,并通过IABC-RBF模型预测生长速率、BO-XGBoost模型预测固碳量。系统最终集成在UI界面中,展示监测数据并判断树木生长状态,验证了该系统在固碳量精准预测和森林管理应用中的可行性,为未来的生态保护提供了参考。In order to provide an accurate assessment of the amount of carbon sequestration of trees to be cut down in the future,and to provide a scientific basis for forest management,and to understand the impact of climatic factors on tree growth and carbon sequestration.In this study,we developed an STM32-based automatic tree diameter measurement and carbon sequestration prediction system,which used the change of tree ring width,i.e.,DBH,to indirectly measure carbon sequestration.The system combines sensors and Internet of Things technology to collect real-time information such as tree diameter and climate data,and predicts the growth rate through the IABC-RBF model and the carbon sequestration amount through the BO-XGBoost model.The system is finally integrated into the UI interface,which displays the monitoring data and judges the growth status of trees,which verifies the feasibility of the system in the accurate prediction of carbon sequestration and forest management applications,and provides a reference for future ecological protection.
