摘　　要：中国特色发展哲学必须坚持“立足中国、把握当代”的指导思想,着眼于发展已成为当代世界的主题,立足于发展是当代中国的根本任务,坚持马克思主义经典作家的发展思想,吸收和借鉴国际发展理论的有益成果,高度重视中国在发展实践中的经验、智慧和贡献;形成以发展本质、发展阶段、发展主体、发展动力、发展规律、发展代价、发展目标、发展战略、发展道路、发展模式等能够体现中国发展本质要求和特殊性的话语体系;构建包括发展地位论、全面发展论、发展机遇论、创新发展论、协调发展论、绿色发展论、共享发展论、开放发展论、和平发展论、时空压缩双重效应论和发展动力三维结构论等理论观点的学术体系;就可以彰显发展哲学的中国特色,为探索中国式现代化提供哲学思考和贡献。The philosophy of development with Chinese characteristics must adhere to the guiding principle of“basing itself on China and grasping the contemporary times”,focusing on the fact that development has become the theme of the contemporary world,basing itself on the fact that development is the fundamental task of contemporary China,adhering to the development thought of the classic Marxist writers,absorbing and drawing on the beneficial results of international development theories,and attaching great importance to the experience,wisdom and contribution of China in its development practice.We will form a discourse system that embodies the essential requirements and special characteristics of China's development in terms of the nature of development,stages of development,the main body of development,the driving force of development,the laws of development,the cost of development,the goals of development,the strategies of development,the paths of development,and the modes of development.The construction of an academic system that includes theories on the status of development,comprehensive development,development opportunities,innovative development,coordinated development,green development,shared development,open development,peaceful development,the double effect of spatial and temporal compression,and the three-dimensional structure of development dynamics will highlight the Chinese characteristics of the philosophy of development,and provide philosophical reflections and contributions to the exploration of Chinese-style modernization.
