摘 要:为探究竖向不规则高层建筑采用双层隔震体系的地震响应情况。考虑竖向不规则高层结构在地震发生时对地震反应有放大效应而易遭到破坏,提出双层隔震结构控制体系。基于此,建立某24层竖向不规则的高层框架-剪力墙结构有限元模型,同时建立抗震结构、基础隔震结构、层间隔震结构模型进行对比分析。对这些模型进行罕遇地震动作用下的非线性时程分析。通过数值模拟的方法对这些模型进行罕遇地震动作用下的动力时程分析。结果表明:采用双层隔震体系的隔震效果最好,次之为基础隔震结构,再次是层间隔震结构。与抗震结构相比,双层隔震体系能使结构的自振周期增加1.25倍,且周期比最小,减小了层间位移角约74.3%,减小了顶层加速度约82.3%,减小了基底剪力约59.68%,降低了底层倾覆力矩约68.89%,减小了顶层层间扭转角约89.68%。采用双层隔震体系能有效地降低结构的整体地震反应,有效控制结构的扭转响应,具有应用可行性。To investigate the seismic behavior of vertically irregular high-rise buildings utilizing a double-story isolation system.Considering that the vertical irregular high-rise structure is easy to be damaged due to the amplification effect of the seismic response during the earthquake,a double-layer isolation structure control system was proposed.The design of the 24-story vertically irregular high-rise frame shear wall structure was presented,and the finite element model of the double-story isolation structure was established.Additionally,models of the base isolation structure,the mid-story isolation structure,and the aseismic structure were also established for comparative analysis.The dynamic time history analysis of these models was carried out under rare earthquakes by means of numerical simulation.The results show that the best seismic isolation effect is achieved by using double-story isolation system,followed by base isolation structure,and again by mid-story isolation structure.Compared to the aseismic structure,the implementation of the double-story isolation system results in the 1.25-fold increase in the natural period of the structure,with the minimum period ratio.Moreover,it reduces the inter-story displacement angle by approximately 74.3%,diminishes the top-floor acceleration by around 82.3%,decreases the base shear force by approximately 59.68%,mitigates the bottom-floor overturning moment by about 68.89%,and reduces the top-floor torsion angle by about 89.68%.The use of double-story isolation structure system can effectively reduce the overall seismic response of the structure and effectively control the torsional response of the structure.
