摘　　要：将120日龄的蛋鸡随机分成八组,用鸡新城疫—鸡传染性支气管炎—减蛋下降综合征三联油乳剂灭活疫苗分别注射不同的免疫剂量,第八组为空白组,于免疫后不同天数采血,收集血清进行抗体检测。试验结果显示,所有的免疫剂量均能产生抗体,但0.02 mL免疫剂量产生的抗体慢,消失的快,高峰低且时间短;0.3、0.4、0.5、0.6 mL几种免疫剂量产生的抗体水平相差不大;1 mL免疫剂量产生的抗体快而持久,高峰时间长。研究表明,鸡新支减三联苗在一定免疫剂量范围内,抗体的产生和高低与免疫剂量成正比关系。The 120-day-old laying hens were divided into eight groups and injected with different immune doses of combined oil emulsion inactivated vaccine of newcastle disease,infectious bronchitis and egg drop syndrome,and the eighth group was set up as a blank group.Blood samples were collected and serum was collected for antibody detection on different days after immunization.The results showed that all immune doses could produce antibodies,but the antibody produced by 0.02 mL was slow,disappeared quickly,had a low peak and a short time.There was no significant difference in antibody levels between 0.3,0.4,0.5 and 0.6 mL.A 1 mL immune dose produces antibodies that are fast and long-lasting,with a long peak time.The results showed that the antibody production and level were proportional to the immune dose in a certain immune dose range.
