摘  要:为了研究弹性轨道集电系统的振动特性,在实测靴轨系统振动加速度和噪声声压的基础上,建立集电靴-接触轨系统的有限元模型,采用复特征值分析法研究靴轨间接触摩擦因数、碳滑板磨耗量、靴轨接触位置以及升弓力大小对系统发生摩擦自激振动趋势的影响。结果表明:靴轨系统振动加速度和噪声声压的优势频率分别为1450.2和1458.1 Hz;当摩擦因数大于或等于0.21时,系统将产生不稳定振动,且摩擦因数越大靴轨系统越容易产生不稳定振动;靴轨系统的不稳定振动趋势随浸金属碳滑板磨耗的增加而增大;当集电靴位于接触轨的膨胀接头位置时摩擦自激振动更易发生;不同升弓力时靴轨系统总会在1459.6 Hz左右发生摩擦自激振动。当摩擦因数小于0.21且集电靴的升弓力为630 N左右时,可有效抑制靴轨系统的摩擦自激振动,进而提升受流稳定性。In order to study the vibration characteristics of a elastic rail collector system,a finite element model of the collector-conductor rail system was established based on the actual measurement of vibration acceleration and noise sound pressure of the system.The complex eigenvalue analysis method was used to study the influence of the friction coefficient between collector and conductor rail,the wear of the metal-impregnated carbon board,the position between collector and conductor rail and the magnitude of the lifting force on the occurrence trend of frictional self-excited vibration.The results indicate that the dominant frequencies of vibration acceleration and noise sound pressure are 1450.2 Hz and 1458.1 Hz respectively.Unstable vibration appears on the system when the friction coefficient is greater than 0.21,and with the increasing of the friction coefficient,the propensity of the unstable vibration tends to increase.As the wear of the metal-impregnated carbon board increases,the trend of the unstable vibration on the electric collector-conductor rail system increases.Frictional self-excited vibrations are more likely to occur when the electric collector is located at the expansion joint position of the conductor rail.Under different lifting force,the frictional self-excited vibration appears around about 1459.6 Hz.When the friction coefficient is less than 0.21 and electric collector′s lifting force is about 630 N,the frictional self-excited vibration of the collector-conductor rail system can be restrained,thereby the stability of current collection can be improved.
