摘 要:以MoS_(2)@Ni、Ag@Ni和NiCrAlY为原料,利用等离子喷涂技术制备不同MoS_(2)@Ni含量的NiCrAlY-MoS_(2)@Ni和NiCrAlY-Ag@Ni-MoS_(2)@Ni复合涂层,研究MoS_(2)@Ni含量对复合涂层力学性能和摩擦学性能的影响,探讨中低温摩擦过程中MoS_(2)润滑膜的形成机制,以及Ag@Ni和MoS_(2)@Ni含量对复合涂层宽温域摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明:复合涂层表现出典型的层状组织结构且各物相分布均匀,其维氏硬度随着MoS_(2)@Ni添加量的增多略有降低;在中低温摩擦过程中复合涂层内部的MoS_(2)在载荷和温度的耦合作用下扩散至复合涂层表面形成MoS_(2)润滑膜,为NiCrAlY-MoS_(2)@Ni和NiCrAlY-Ag@Ni-MoS_(2)@Ni复合涂层提供良好的中低温润滑;在高温摩擦过程中复合涂层表面出现由Mo和Ag发生高温摩擦化学反应形成的高温润滑相,提升了NiCrAlY-Ag@Ni-MoS_(2)@Ni涂层高温摩擦学性能。Using MoS_(2)@Ni,Ag@Ni,and NiCrAlY as raw materials,NiCrAlY-MoS_(2)@Ni and NiCrAlY-Ag@Ni-MoS_(2)@Ni composite coatings with different contents of MoS_(2)@Ni were prepared by plasma spraying.The effect of different MoS_(2)@Ni content on the mechanical and tribological properties of composite coatings was investigated.The formation mechanism of MoS_(2)lubricating film during the friction process was explored,and the influence of the addition of Ag@Ni and MoS_(2)@Ni on the tribological properties of composite coatings over a wide temperature range was discussed.Results show that composite coatings exhibit a typical layered organizational structure and the distribution of various phases is uniform.The Vickers hardness of the composite coatings decreases slightly with the increase of the addition amount of MoS_(2)@Ni.During the friction process,MoS_(2)inside the composite coating is diffused to the surface of the composite coatings by the combined action of load and temperature,and then forms a MoS_(2)lubricating film.NiCrAlY-Ag@Ni-MoS_(2)@Ni composite coatings have excellent medium to low temperature tribological properties by the effect of MoS_(2)lubricating film.During the high-temperature friction process,the high-temperature lubricating phases are formed on the surface of the composite coatings by the high-temperature frictional chemical reaction between Mo and Ag,which improve the high-temperature tribological properties of NiCrAlY-Ag@Ni-MoS_(2)@Ni coatings.
