摘  要:钢铁厂通风除尘系统中90°弯头部位的长时间冲蚀磨损会导致管道失效,严重影响生产安全。为了解决这一问题,首先根据实验数据和CFD-DPM数值模拟方法验证了冲蚀模型计算的准确性;然后,为减少弯头磨损,提出一种适用于通风除尘系统的90°优化弯头,并分析颗粒速度、颗粒粒径和颗粒质量流量对弯头冲蚀的影响。结果表明:优化弯头的最大冲蚀率随颗粒速度变化的增长率比普通弯头低,在各流速下优化弯头的最大冲蚀率最高可减少33%左右,然而随着颗粒速度的增加,优化弯头的优化效果逐渐减弱;优化弯头对于75μm粒径的颗粒最大冲蚀率可以减少34%左右,对其他粒径的颗粒最大冲蚀率可减少27%左右,表明优化弯头对不同粒径的冲蚀均具有良好的减磨效果,对小粒径冲蚀减磨效果更明显;颗粒质量流量为0.01~0.02 kg/s时,最大冲蚀率可以减少35%左右,随颗粒质量流量增大,优化效果逐渐减弱。研究结果可为钢铁厂通风除尘系统弯头耐磨优化设计提供一定的参考。In the ventilation and dust removal system of steel plant,the long time erosion wear of the 90°elbow will lead to the failure of the pipeline and seriously affect the production safety.To solve this problem,the accuracy of the erosion model was verified by the experimental data and CFD-DPM numerical simulation method.In order to reduce elbow wear,an optimized 90°elbow suitable for dust removal system was proposed,and the effects of particle velocity,particle size and particle mass flow on elbow erosion were analyzed.The results show that the growth rate of maximum erosion rate of optimized elbow with particle velocity is lower than that of ordinary elbow.The maximum erosion rate of optimized elbow can be reduced by about 33%at each flow velocity.However,with the increase of particle speed,the optimization effect of optimized elbow gradually weakens.The optimized elbow can reduce the maximum erosion rate of particles with 75μm particle size by about 34%,and the maximum erosion rate of particles with other particle size by about 27%,indicating that the optimized elbow has a good wear reduction effect on erosion of different particle sizes,with a more significant effect on erosion reduction of small particle sizes.When the particle mass flow rate is 0.01 kg/s and 0.02 kg/s,the maximum erosion rate can be reduced by about 35%.When the particle mass flow rate increases,the optimization effect gradually weakens.
