摘 要:为研制与铝基复合材料制动盘匹配良好的合成闸片,以丁腈橡胶为主要黏结剂,通过半湿法密炼工艺制备橡胶基摩擦材料,研究不同丁腈橡胶含量对摩擦材料力学性能和摩擦磨损性能的影响规律,并探究摩擦材料磨损机制。研究结果显示,在质量分数5%~13%范围内,随着橡胶质量分数的增加,摩擦材料的硬度、压缩强度和冲击强度呈先增大后减小的趋势,而压缩模量呈逐渐下降的趋势;当橡胶质量分数为11%时,摩擦材料的冲击强度达到最大值;随着橡胶质量分数的增加,摩擦因数和磨损率均呈现先降低后升高的趋势,在橡胶质量分数为11%时,摩擦材料的磨耗量达到最低值。在较低的橡胶含量下,摩擦材料的磨损机制主要是磨粒磨损和黏着磨损,其中黏着磨损占主导地位,随着橡胶含量的增加,摩擦材料的主要磨损方式转变为磨粒磨损。橡胶质量分数为11%时,摩擦材料的材料各项性能优异,最为适合与铝基制动盘匹配。研究结果为开发高性能的橡胶基摩擦材料以满足铝基制动盘的要求提供了参考。To develop synthetic brake pads that are well matched with aluminum-based composite brake discs,the rubber-based friction materials were prepared using nitrile rubber(NBR)as the primary binder through semi-wet compounding process.The influence of different NBR contents on the mechanical and friction and wear properties of the friction materials was studied,and the wear mechanism of the friction materials were investigated.The results reveal that within the range of 5%to 13%of nitrile rubber mass fraction,as the rubber mass fraction increases,the hardness,compressive strength and impact strength of friction materials show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,while the compressive modulus gradually decreases.The highest impact strength is achieved at 11%rubber mass fraction.With the increase of rubber mass fraction,the friction coefficient and wear rate show a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.The friction material with mass fraction of 11%rubber achieves the lowest wear volume.At lower rubber contents,the wear mechanism of the friction materials are mainly abrasive wear and adhesive wear,with adhesive wear dominating.As the rubber content increases,the main wear mode of friction materials shifts to abrasive wear.When the mass fraction of rubber is 11%,the friction material has excellent properties and is optimally matched to aluminum-based brake discs.The research results provide valuable references for the development of high-performance rubber-based friction materials to meet the requirements of aluminum-based brake discs.
