摘 要:为探究不同密封结构的先导式高压电磁阀主阀芯的工作性能,针对某型先导式高压电磁阀主阀芯进行受力分析,提出3种主阀芯密封环的密封结构,并进行常温、低温和多次动作的单机性能试验,分析不同密封结构对主阀芯运动特性和对电磁阀启闭时间的影响。结果表明:O形圈-挡圈密封结构的主阀芯在常温下打开时快于双挡圈、双涨圈密封结构,关闭时慢于双挡圈、双涨圈结构;低温下O形圈-挡圈密封结构形式启闭时间较常温下明显增加,双挡圈和双涨圈启闭时间变化较小;双挡圈、双涨圈结构在多次动作后密封环磨损不明显,而O形圈-挡圈结构的O形圈在多次动作后易产生磨损。对3种密封结构的电磁阀进行放气试验,并对放气过程中对电磁阀的启闭时间进行测试。试验表明,3种密封结构的电磁阀均可满足启闭时间t≤150 ms,主副路上电磁阀均是O形圈-挡圈结构的打开最快,关闭较慢。In order to explore the working performance of the main valve core of the pilot operated high-pressure solenoid valve with different sealing structures,the stress analysis of the main valve core of a pilot operated high-pressure solenoid valve was carried out.Three kinds of sealing structures of the main valve core sealing ring were proposed,and the single machine performance tests at room temperature,low temperature and multiple actions were carried out.The effects of different sealing structures on the motion characteristics of the main valve core and the opening and closing time of the solenoid valve were analyzed.It is found that the opening time of the O-ring-retaining ring sealing structure is less than that of the double expansion ring and double retaining ring sealing structures at room temperature,and the closing time is longer than that of the double expansion ring and double retaining ring sealing structures.The opening and closing time of the O-ring-retaining ring sealing structure at low temperature is significantly increased compared to at room temperature,while the double retaining ring and double expansion ring sealing structures have relatively little change in the opening and closing time.A systematic air release test was conducted on the solenoid valves of three sealing structures,the opening and closing time of the solenoid valves was obtained during the air release process.The experimental result shows that the solenoid valves of three sealing structures can meet the opening and closing time t≤150 ms.The open of the solenoid valves of O-ring-retaining ring structures on the main and auxiliary circuits is the fastest and the close is slow.
