摘  要:为有效应对各种不确定性因素,提升励磁控制的抗干扰能力,提出船舶无刷发电机变速运行励磁控制方法。通过建立船舶无刷发电机数学模型,确定无刷发电机的反馈电压,以基准电压与反馈电压的差值,为模糊免疫自适应PID控制外环的输入,通过其自适应机制,实时调整控制外环参数,用于应对各种不确定性因素,输出精准的定子谐波励磁绕组电流参考值,提升励磁控制的抗干扰能力;以定子谐波励磁绕组电流值与电流参考值的差值,为模糊PI控制内环的输入,输出励磁控制信号,实现船舶无刷发电机变速运行励磁控制。实验结果表明,该方法可有效完成船舶无刷发电机变速运行励磁控制,确保发电机输出稳定的电压,令发电机转速迅速稳定在设定转速附近。In order to deal with various uncertainties effectively and improve the anti-interference ability of excitation control,a variable speed operation excitation control method for ship brushless generators is proposed.By establishing the mathematical model of the marine brushless generator,the feedback voltage of the brushless generator is determined,and the difference between the reference voltage and the feedback voltage is the input of the fuzzy immune adaptive PID control outer ring.Through its adaptive mechanism,the parameters of the control outer ring are adjusted in real time to cope with various uncertainties,and the precise reference value of stator harmonic excitation winding current is output.Improve the anti-interference ability of excitation control.The difference between the current value and the reference value of the stator harmonic excitation winding is used as the input of the fuzzy PI control loop and the output of the excitation control signal to realize the excitation control of the marine brushless generator in variable speed operation.Experimental results show that this method can effectively control the excitation of marine brushless generator in variable speed operation,ensure the generator output stable voltage,and make the generator speed stable near the set speed.
