摘　　要：进入新发展阶段,共同富裕被赋予更高地位、更深内涵。城乡融合发展与共同富裕具有内涵的相似性、核心要义的一致性以及现实基础的共同性。共同富裕体现为物质、权利、文化、生态等多个维度,城乡融合发展能够通过城乡产业协同发展、城乡要素双向流动、城乡基本公共服务逐步均等、城乡空间布局更加合理等,筑牢物质基础、实现权利平等、推动精神共富、推进生态增值,从而促进共同富裕。改革开放以来,我国针对改善城乡关系采取了一系列有力举措,为实现共同富裕奠定了良好基础,但仍然面临城乡产业协同发展不足、要素双向流动依然不畅、民生保障共享性有待提升、城乡发展空间布局失衡等一系列突出问题。为此,应进一步以推动城乡产业融合发展、城乡要素双向流动、城乡基本公共服务均等化、城乡空间融合发展为路径,从而形成扎实推进共同富裕的强大合力。Entering the new stage of development,the promotion of common prosperity has been given a higher status and deeper connotation.Urban-rural integration development and common prosperity share similarities in connotation,consistency in core principles and commonality in practical foundations.Common wealth has multiple dimensions,including material,rights,culture and ecology,and urban-rural integration development can realize common wealth by building a solid material foundation,realizing equal rights,promoting spiritual enrichment and ecological value-added through the collaborative development of urban and rural industries,the two-way flow of urban and rural factors,the gradual equalization of urban and rural basic public services,and a more rational urban and rural spatial layout.Since the reform and opening-up,China has taken a series of powerful measures to improve urban-rural relations,laying a good foundation for realizing common prosperity,but still faces a series of outstanding problems,such as insufficient synergistic development of urban and rural industries,inefficient two-way flow of factors,the need to improve the sharing of people's livelihood protection,and the spatial layout of urban and rural development.Accordingly,the path of promoting the integrated development of urban and rural industries,the two-way flow of factors between urban and rural areas,the equalization of basic public services between urban and rural areas,and the integrated development of urban and rural spaces should be further pursued,so as to form a strong synergy for the promotion of common prosperity.
