摘 要:商用车新能源化发展趋势明显,纯电和插电式混合动力汽车(PHEV)车型不断增多,混合动力汽车(HEV)商用车车型较少,且HEV商用车油耗研究较少。文章基于高效发动机和1挡后驱混合动力变速器,开发了适合轻型商用车的混合动力系统,并将该混合动力系统搭载于一款3.5 t的轻型商用车,通过试验的方法,在整车转毂试验台架对该轻型商用车油耗性能进行分析并优化。结果表明,通过整车控制策略与发动机油耗的优化,混合动力轻型商用车整车油耗由原来的8.9 L/100 km降低到8 L/100 km,整车油耗降低10%。通过优化,该车型达到开发目标,整车控制策略与发动机油耗是轻型混合动力商用车油耗的重要影响因素。The development trend of new energy for commercial vehicles is obvious.Pure electric and plug-in hybrid electric vehicle(PHEV)models are increasing,hybrid electric vehicle(HEV)commercial vehicle models are less,and HEV commercial vehicle fuel consumption research is less.Based on the high-efficiency engine and 1-speed rear-drive hybrid transmission,this paper develops a hybrid system suitable for light commercial vehicles,and carries the hybrid system on a 3.5 t light commercial vehicle.Through the test method,the fuel consumption performance of the light commercial vehicle is analyzed and optimized on the vehicle test bench.The results show that through the optimization of vehicle control strategy and engine fuel consumption,the fuel consump-tion of hybrid light commercial vehicle is reduced from 8.9 L/100 km to 8 L/100 km,and the fuel consumption of vehicle is reduced by 10%.Through optimization,the vehicle has reached the development goal.The vehicle control strategy and engine fuel consumption are important factors affecting the fuel consumption of light hybrid commercial vehicles.
