摘　　要：目的综述现有的几种类型抗菌水凝胶的不同特点,对其未来的发展前景做出预测与展望,期望为抗菌水凝胶后续研究提供参考。方法查阅近年来国内外抗菌水凝胶的相关文献,分别总结了现有的几种类型的抗菌水凝胶以及不同类型的抗菌水凝胶优缺点。结果抗菌水凝胶可以分为固有抗菌活性的水凝胶、装载抗生素的水凝胶、富含无机纳米颗粒的水凝胶以及含有天然提取物的水凝胶。其中,天然聚合物可以作为载体,其他抗菌剂可以用于协同抗菌。结论抗菌水凝胶具有广泛的应用前景。Objective To summarize the different characteristics of several types of antimicrobial hydrogels,and to make predictions and prospects for their future development prospects,hoping to provide reference for the follow-up research of antimicrobial hydrogels.Methods The relevant literatures of antimicrobial hydrogels at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantages of several types of antimicrobial hydrogels and different types of antibacterial hydrogels were summarized.Results Antimicrobial hydrogels can be divided into:hydrogels with intrinsic antimicrobial activity,hydrogels loaded with antibiotics,hydrogels rich in inorganic nanoparticles,and hydrogels containing natural extracts.Among them,natural polymers can be used as carriers,and other antimicrobial agents can be used for synergistic antimicrobials.Conclusion Antimicrobial hydrogels have a wide range of application prospects.
