摘 要:矿山尾矿库是一个巨大的潜在危险源,对尾矿库开展监测预警工作十分重要。利用遥感和深度学习技术开发集成化与定制化的尾矿库监测系统可以极大地提升监测效率。本文基于航天宏图二次开发组件包(PIE-SDK),使用C#与Python语言设计开发了一套尾矿库遥感监测系统,系统利用深度学习技术实现了尾矿库遥感影像智能解译,以大冶市铜山口尾矿库为例,完成了从遥感影像处理至尾矿库专题制图的尾矿库监测全流程操作。结果表明,本文系统可为尾矿库监测预警管理、生态文明建设等提供相应技术支持。The tailings impoundment is a huge potential source of danger,and it is particularly important to carry out monitoring and early warning of tailings impoundment.The development of an integrated and customized tailings impoundment monitoring system by using remote sensing and deep learning technologies can greatly improve monitoring efficiency.Based on the pixel information expert software development kit(PIE-SDK),this paper utilized C#and Python languages to design and develop a remote sensing monitoring system for tailings impoundment.The system employed deep learning technology to intelligently interpret remote sensing images of the tailings impoundment.With the Tongshankou Tailings Impoundment in Daye City as an example,the paper completed the entire process of tailings impoundment monitoring from remote sensing image processing to thematic mapping of the tailings impoundment.The results demonstrate that the system can provide technical support for tailings impoundment monitoring and early warning management,ecological civilization construction,and other aspects.
