摘 要:为提升涂料的隔声性能,选择空心玻璃微珠(HGM)和氧化铝微球为填料,研究不同类别的功能型填料复配对水性环氧涂料隔声性能的影响。将经过表面处理的HGM均匀分布于涂层中,测试声音传递损失(TL)与HGM用量之间的关系,并在上述研究基础上进一步添加小粒径的氧化铝微球,研究其在HGM堆积空隙间的填充作用。结果表明:添加15%HGM的涂层平均TL较铝箔基体提升了5%;添加氧化铝起到了填充和减少HGM破碎的作用。含15%HGM和12%Al_(2)O_(3)的涂层在2000~4000 Hz频段的隔声效果更好,相较于仅含15%HGM的涂层平均TL进一步提升了3%。对特定发声设备在40~80 dB声压级范围的噪音,相比铝箔基体的传递损失提高了6 dB,具有较好的隔声性能。可为开发机械泵、压缩机、电机等设备外壳具有隔声效果的环保涂层提供参考。To improve the sound insulation performance of the coating,hollow glass microspheres(HGM)and alumina microspheres were selected as fillers to study the effect of different types of functional fillers on the sound insulation performance of waterborne epoxy coatings.Surface-treated HGM was uniformly distributed in the coating to test the relationship between the sound transmission loss(TL)and the amount of HGM,and on the basis of the above study,small-sized alumina microspheres were further added to study their filling role between the voids of the HGM stack.The results showed that the average TL of the coating with 15%HGM was improved by 5%compared with that of the aluminum foil substrate;the addition of alumina could play a role in filling and reducing the fragmentation of HGM.The coating with 15%HGM and 12%Al_(2)O_(3) had a better sound isolation effect in the frequency band of 2000-4000 Hz,and the average TL of the coating was further improved by 3%compared with that of the coating with only 15%HGM,and had a better performance on the transmission loss of the specific sound generating equipment in the 40-80 dB sound pressure level range of noise,compared with the transmission loss of aluminum foil substrate increased by 6 dB.This study provided a valuable reference for the development of environmentally friendly coatings with sound insulation effects for the equipment such as mechanical pumps,compressors,and motors.
