摘  要:针对现有柔性传感器线性度差、灵敏度低、制备成本高等问题,利用高效、低成本的湿法纺丝技术和溶液喷射纺纱技术,以热塑性聚氨酯为原料制备取向包芯纱,通过涂覆导电颗粒改善纱线的导电性,制备了可拉伸的取向包芯纱柔性传感器;对取向包芯纱柔性传感器的微观形貌进行观察,对其拉伸传感性能进行测试,并分析其传感原理。结果表明:所制备的柔性传感器仍保持良好的纱线形貌(捻回角53°),具有大应变范围(0~40%)、高线性度(有效线性度1.913%)、高灵敏度(GF=25.26)、低响应时间(112 ms)、高稳定性和高可重复性(5200次循环),能够较为准确地反映出人体大幅度和小幅度的生理活动规律。Aiming at the problems of poor linearity,low sensitivity and high preparation cost of existing flexible sensors,efficient and low-cost wet spinning technology and solution jet spinning technology were used to prepare oriented core spun yarn using thermoplastic polyurethane as raw material,and the conductivity of the yarn was improved by ting conductive particles,then a stretchable oriented core spun flexible sensor was prepared.The micro-morphology of the oriented core-spun yarn flexible sensor was observed,tensile sensing performance of the flexible sensor was tested and sensing principle of the flexible sensor was analyzed.The results show that the prepared flexible sensor still maintains good yarn morphology(twist angle is 53°),has a large strain range(0-40%),high linearity(effective linearity is 1.913%),high sensitivity(GF=25.26),low response time(112 ms),high stability and repeatability(5200 cycles).It can accurately reflect the physiological activity law of large and small range of human body.
