摘 要:为了加快三维测量的速度并减少噪声影响,提高相位解调精度,设计了单帧彩色条纹相位解调算法。把三步相移彩色编码方法改进为施密特正交化法彩色编码,将每个通道的相移差δ由2π/3改为(0,2π)区间的任意值,利用加权四向横向剪切最小二乘法进行相位展开,最后完成对三维形貌的测量。仿真实验结果表明:本方法可以有效改进彩色编码算法对相位信息解调的影响,并避免包裹相位的叠加干扰,在三维测量结果方面,高度均方根误差平均降低4.4%,相较于三步相移彩色编码方法节约了14.5%的运行时间。In order to increase the speed of three-dimensional measurement and reduce the influence of noise and improve the accuracy of phase demodulation,a single-frame color fringe phase demodulation algorithm is designed.The three-step phase-shift color encoding method is improved to the Schmidt orthogonalization method for color encoding,where the phase shift differenceδfor each channel is changed from 2π/3 to any value within the interval(0,2π).Phase unfolding is performed using the weighted four-way lateral shear least squares method,ultimately completing the three-dimensional measurement.The simulation experiment results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the impact of the color encoding algorithm on phase information demodulation and avoid the superimposed interference of wrapped phases.In terms of three-dimensional measurement results,the average root mean square error of height is reduced by 4.4%,and the runtime is saved by 14.5%compared to the three-step phase-shift color encoding method.
