摘　　要：新质生产力是我国社会主义改革的实践命题,也是马克思主义中国化时代化的理论发展命题。作为新生产力理论,新质生产力在推动高质量发展过程中实现了对社会主义本质论的新拓展。社会主义本质论的发展性为新质生产力能对其予以理论上的丰富和发展提供了可能。新质生产力与社会主义的本质具有内在同一性,这是前者对后者实现创新发展的前提。两者的内在同一性体现为新质生产力特征契合社会主义与生产力之间的辩证关系,新质生产力蕴含的改革创新、平等公正、全面协调与社会主义本质的任务、手段、目标要求相符。新质生产力深化发展了社会主义本质的生产动力选择、生产手段、目标内涵、属性与特征。因此,立足社会主义本质要求,在发展新质生产力、推进中华民族伟大复兴进程中,要正确把握社会制度原则、价值目标原则和世界历史原则。The new quality productive forces are not only the practical proposition of China's socialist reform,but also the theoretical development proposition of adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of the times.As a new theory of productivity,the new quality productive forces have realized the new expansion of the theory of socialist essence in the process of high-quality development.The theory of socialist essence is developmental,which provides the possibility for enriching the rich development of new quality productive forces.The essence of new productive forces and socialism is homogeneous.And their homogeneity is the antecedent factor for the innovative development of socialist essence by the new productive forces,which includes the dialectical relationship between the new quality productive forces and the social system and the change of productive forces,and also includes the objective requirements of realizing the essence of socialism.The new quality productive forces deepen the development of the socialist essence in power selection,means and purpose,attributes and characteristics.Adhering to the requirements of the essence of socialism,we must correctly grasp the principles of social system,values goal and world history in order to develop new productive forces and promote the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
