摘　　要：作为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,习近平关于国家能源安全的重要论述,系统揭示了我国保障能源安全的价值意蕴、整体布局与思维方法,是以习近平同志为核心的党中央在推进国家能源安全战略实践中渐次形成的科学体系。这一重要论述深刻彰显了党的领导与人民至上相统一、经济发展与能源安全相协调、技术创新与体制改革相适应、独立自主与世界视野相结合的鲜明理论品格。此外,习近平关于国家能源安全的重要论述为新时代推进国家能源安全作出了独创性、拓展性与转化性贡献。具而论之,这一重要论述提出了“能源革命”的新概念,开启了能源领域的理论与实践变革;延展出“先立后破”的新方法,在能源安全领域实现了对传统立破哲学的边界拓新;取得了能源安全与发展的新成就,以制度与实践形态表征着新时代中国共产党人带领中国人民推动能源安全的集体智慧结晶。As an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,Xi Jinping's important statements on national energy security systematically reveals the value implications,overall layout,and thinking methods for safeguarding China's energy security.It is a scientific system gradually formed by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core in advancing the practice of national energy security strategies.This important discourse profoundly demonstrates the distinctive theoretical characteristics of unifying Party leadership with putting people first,coordinating economic development with energy security,adapting technological innovation to structural reform,and integrating independence with a global perspective.In addition,Xi Jinping's important statements on national energy security has made original,expansive,and transformative contributions to advancing national energy security in the new era.Specifically,this important discourse introduces the new concept of an“energy revolution”pioneering theoretical and practical changes in the energy sector;it extends the new methodology of“establishing before demolishing”achieving boundary expansion of traditional philosophical ideas of establishing and demolishing in the field of energy security;and it contributes to the new achievements in energy security and development,institutionally and practically representing the collective wisdom of the Communist Party of China in leading the Chinese people to promote energy security in the new era.
