摘 要:为了验证磷酸酯类缓蚀剂在高温有氧工况下的缓蚀性能,采用聚乙二醇(PEG400)、苯酚、正辛醇、P2O5为原料,合成一种聚乙二醇类磷酸酯,将聚乙二醇类磷酸酯与喹啉氯化苄类季铵盐等复配后形成一种喹啉磷酸酯复配类缓蚀剂。通过电化学评价研究了喹啉磷酸酯复配类缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果,通过高温高压釜评价研究了缓蚀剂在高温有氧工况下的防护效果。结果表明:在180℃、2 MPa CO_(2)+0.02 MPa O_(2)工况下,N80钢的平均腐蚀速率为0.0071 mm/a,试片清洗后无均匀腐蚀及点蚀痕迹,表面呈现金属光泽,该复配类缓蚀剂耐高温性能良好,缓蚀性能优异。In order to verify the corrosion inhibition performance of phosphate ester under high temperature and aerobic condition,a polyethylene glycol phosphate ester was synthesized by using polyethylene glycol(PEG400),phenol,n-octanol and P2O5 as raw materials,and a quinoline phosphate compound corrosion inhibitor was formed by combining polyethylene glycol phosphate ester with benzyl chloride quaternary ammonium salts.The corrosion inhibition effect of quinoline phosphate compound corrosion inhibitor was studied by electrochemical evaluation,and the protection effect of corrosion inhibitor under high temperature and aerobic condition was studied by high temperature autoclave evaluation.The results show that the average corrosion rate of N80 steel is 0.0071 mm/a under the condition of 180℃,2 MPa CO_(2)+0.02 MPa O_(2),there is no uniform corrosion and pitting trace after cleaning,and the surface shows metallic luster.The compound corrosion inhibitor has good high temperature resistance and excellent corrosion inhibition performance.
