摘 要:在发育有深厚软土地工程场地内施工预应力管桩,经常因软土的工程性质较差,难以快速形成良好的工作面,给项目的进度、安全和质量带来潜在的风险。软土原位固化处理技术可以通过专用强制搅拌头,将固化剂浆液和软土进行充分搅拌,使场地表层的软土快速固化形成硬壳层,为施工设备提供良好的施工作业面;固化处理后,表层软土的工程性质得到改良,桩基施工和承台开挖过程,固化土体对管桩形成有效的约束,有效避免了重型设备行走及开挖引起的管桩偏斜、断桩等现象。Due to the poor engineering properties of soft soil,it is difficult to quickly form a good working face in the construction of prestressed tubular piles in the deep soft soil engineering sites,which brings potential risks to the progress,safety and quality of the project.The in-situ solidification technique can through the special forced mixing equipment,the curing agent slurry and soft soil can be fully mixed,so that the soft soil on the surface of the site can be quickly solidified to form a hardshell layer,which provides a good working surface for the construction equipment;after the solidification treatment,the engineering properties of the surface soft soil are improved.In the process of pile foundation construction and foundation slab excavation,the solidified soil forms an effective constraint on the pile,which effectively avoids the phenomenon of pipe deflection and pile breaking caused by heavy equipment walking and excavation.
