摘  要:论文旨在深入探讨JTG/T3651-2022《公路钢结构桥梁制造和安装施工规范》(以下简称《规范》)中关于焊缝超声检测方法及验收标准如何正确使用,分析其在实际工程中的应用价值和技术要点。通过详细解读规范中的相关条款,结合国内外焊缝无损检测技术的发展现状,阐述了焊缝超声检测的原理、操作步骤及验收标准。本文对规范中附录E的图E.0.1-1与图E.0.1-2进行了优化,使单个缺陷波高及显示长度的评定更加方便实用,为钢结构桥梁的制造与安装提供更加有效的检测技术指导。This article aims to explore in depth how to correctly use the ultrasonic testing method and acceptance standards for welds in the“Construction Specification for Manufacturing and Installation of Highway Steel Structure Bridges”JTG/T 3651-2022(hereinafter referred to as the“Specification”),and analyze its application value and technical points in practical engineering.By interpreting the relevant provisions in the specifications in detail and combining with the current development status of nondestructive testing technology for welds at home and abroad,the principle,operation steps,and acceptance standards of ultrasonic testing for welds are explained.This article optimizes Figures E.0.1-1 and E.0.1-2 in Appendix E of the specifications to make the evaluation of single defect wave height and display length more convenient and practical,providing more effective detection technology guidance for the manufacturing and installation of steel structure bridges.
