摘  要:为推行装配式建筑绿色化和标准化施工,对于目前常见的三种装配式建筑施工外防护体系进行对比分析,并对导轨式单层升降平台进行改进,提出了可分离双层作业升降平台。分析结果表明:三种装配式建筑施工外防护体系相较于传统的外防护脚手架在安全性能和经济效益上均具有显著优势,其中一体化外防护三角架的经济性较好,但一般仅适用于装配式混凝土预制外墙,爬架和升降平台都属于智能化施工机械,但升降平台相较于爬架的使用更加灵活,适用范围也更广。可分离式双层作业升降平台在一般单层升降平台的基础上可实现上层施工与下层装修同步作业,更加提升了装配式建筑施工的施工效率和施工装修一体化程度,值得应用和推广。In order to promote the green and standardized construction of prefabricated buildings,three types of current external protection systems in prefabricated structure construction are compared and analyzed,the detachable double-deck operation platform is proposed based on the single-deck mast-climbing platform.The analysis indicates that the three types of current external protection systems have significant advantages over traditional external scaffoldings in safety and economy.While the integrated external triangular frame is quite economic,it is restricted to the construction of prefabricated concrete exterior walls.Climbing-frames and mast-climbing work platforms are both intelligent construction equipment,but mast-climbing work platforms are more flexible than climbing-frames,and have a wider scope of application.Compared to the normal single-deck mast-climbing platform,the detachable double-deck operation platform can realize the synchronized construction of the upper layer structure and the lower layer decoration,which highly improve the construction efficiency and integration degree of construction and decoration for prefabricated buildings,are worth using and promoting.
