摘 要:论文针对既有线铁路客站,研发一种装配式混凝土雨棚快速施工技术体系,由杯口基础、预制柱、预制悬挑梁、叠合次梁、叠合板组成,实现了混凝土雨棚的工业化建造。通过对雨棚的梁柱节点进行数值模拟分析,结果得出:在荷载作用下混凝土损伤及塑性应变都较小,钢筋处于未屈服状态,并有较大的安全裕量,雨棚节点构造安全可靠。最后结合青藏铁路工程的既有线特殊要求,提出装配式预制构件制作及运输、施工技术,既有线措施,解决既有线施工中存在的作业条件受限、运输和安装困难等难题,形成了适用于时间、空间受限条件下的施工关键技术。This study focuses on the development of a rapid construction technology system for prefabricated concrete rain shelters for existing railway passenger stations.It consists of cup mouth foundations,prefabricated columns,prefabricated cantilever beams,composite secondary beams,and composite panels,achieving the industrial construction of concrete rain shelters.Numerical simulation analysis was conducted on the beam column nodes of the canopy.Under load,the concrete damage and plastic strain were relatively small,the steel bars were in an unyielding state,and there was a large safety margin.The construction of the canopy nodes was safe and reliable;finally,based on the special requirements of the Qinghai Tibet Railway project,an analysis was conducted on the production,transportation,and construction techniques of prefabricated components,as well as the measures taken for the existing line.This helped to address the challenges of limited operating conditions,transportation,and installation in the construction of the existing line,and developed key construction technologies suitable for time and space constraints.
