摘　　要：老旧房屋安全是房屋安全管理部门面临的一个重要课题,论文介绍了房屋安全动态监测技术在2栋老旧房屋的应用实践,监测过程中自动化实时监测到房屋的沉降和裂缝在持续发展,有发生险情的趋势,监测系统立即发出了预警通知,房屋主管部门及时采取撤离人员等措施,避免了潜在的房屋安全事故;另外预先通过软件模拟分析出房屋的薄弱部位,在薄弱部位布置监测点,在实际应用中有效地监测到房屋的沉降和裂缝变化,验证了模拟分析的正确性。The safety of old houses is an important issue faced by the housing safety management department.This article introduces the application practice of dynamic monitoring technology for housing safety in two old houses.During the monitoring process,automatic real-time monitoring was carried out to detect the continuous development of settlement and cracks in the houses,and there was a trend of danger.The monitoring system immediately issued a warning notice,and the housing management department took timely measures such as evacuating personnel to avoid potential housing safety accidents;in addition,the weak parts of the house were simulated and analyzed in advance through software,and monitoring points were arranged at the weak parts.In practical applications,the settlement and crack changes of the house were effectively monitored,verifying the correctness of the simulation analysis.
