摘 要:现行检测鉴定标准和条文中缺少对老旧空斗墙房屋的规定,但大量老旧空斗墙房屋因建造年代久远、无有效设计、施工技术标准低而导致的结构安全问题又急需解决。为了解老旧空斗墙房屋现状下的结构安全性和抗震性能,为后续房屋处理使用提供有力依据,论文以某空斗墙教师宿舍楼安全性和抗震性鉴定为例,对房屋空斗墙砌筑方式判定、空斗墙外观损伤检测重点、空斗墙检测方法、空斗墙承载力计算、空斗墙抗震构造措施核查等问题提出了相应的建议。The current test and appraisal standards and provisions lack the regulations for old cavity wall buildings;however,a large number of old cavity wall buildings are urgently needed to solve the structural security problems caused by the long-term construction,no effective design,and low construction technology standards.In order to understand the structural safety and seismic performance of the old cavity wall buildings,it provides a strong basis for subsequent housing treatment and use.Taking the safety and seismic performance appraisal of the rowlock cavity wall teacher dormitory building as an example,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions on the determination of the rowlock cavity wall masonry method of the building,the key points of rowlock cavity wall appearance damage detection,the rowlock cavity wall detection method,the calculation of the rowlock cavity wall bearing capacity,and the verification of the rowlock cavity wall seismic structural measures.
