摘 要:西堠门公铁两用大桥4#主墩基础采用设置式沉井基础,桥位处于复杂海域环境,需应对“风大、浪高、水深、流急”等恶劣外部建设条件,基岩裸露且强度高。沉井基础经拖带浮运、拉缆定位、注水着床后需快速封底以及填芯混凝土施工,现场沉井混凝土施工将面临诸多难题。通过依托本项目开展沉井姿态调平技术、基坑清渣与检测技术、基坑防护与封堵技术、井孔分区封底技术等关键技术研究,制定合理的封底方案和保障措施,确保封底混凝土施工质量。The foundation of the 4th main pier of the Xihoumen dual-purpose bridge adopts a set-type caisson foundation.The bridge is located in a complex marine environment and needs to cope with harsh external construction conditions such as strong winds,high waves,deep water,and fast currents.The bedrock is exposed and has high strength.The foundation of the sinking well needs to be quickly sealed and filled with core concrete after towing and floating transportation,cable positioning,water injection and bedding.On-site concrete construction of the sinking well will encounter many challenges.By relying on this project to carry out research on key technologies such as adjusting the posture of the sinking well,cleaning and detecting the foundation pit slag,protecting and sealing the foundation pit,and sealing the bottom of the wellbore partition,a reasonable bottom sealing plan and guarantee measures will be formulated to ensure the construction quality of the bottom sealing concrete.
