摘 要:由于目前预制梁场的梁板层层堆放,难以采用水准仪测量法进行实施。为找到一种新的测量方法替代水准仪,依托某项目预制小箱梁的变形测量找到了一种新的测量方法,即激光水平仪测量法。该测量方法的原理:在预制梁板侧面上引出一条水平线代替水准仪,测量跨内任意位置梁底距该水平线的距离,进而计算出跨内各位置相对于支撑位置的高差,即跨内预拱变形值。分别采用激光水平仪测量法和全站仪测量法对10片预制箱梁的预拱变形值进行测量,结果对比得到激光水平仪测量法与全站仪测量法测量的结果偏差值为0.2~1.5mm,表明激光水平仪测量法是可靠的。该测量技术可在堆放的预制梁板变形测量中进行广泛的使用,极大地提高现场检测效率。Due to the layered stacking of the beam boards in the prefabricated beam yard,it is difficult to use the level measurement method for implementation.In order to find a new measurement method to replace the level,a new one is found based on the deformation measurement of a prefabricated small box beam of a certain project,which is the laser level measurement method.The principle of this measurement method:a horizontal line is drawn on the side of the prefabricated beam board to replace the level.The distance between the bottom of the beam and the horizontal line at any position within the span is measured,and then the height difference relative to the support position at each position within the span is calculated,which is the precamber deformation value within the span.The pre-camber deformation values of ten prefabricated box beams are measured by both laser level measurement method and total station measurement method respectively.The comparison results show that the deviation between the measurement results of laser level measurement method and total station measurement method is between 0.2~1.5mm.It is reliable to indicate that the laser level measurement method can be widely used in the deformation measurement of prefabricated beams and plates on site,greatly improving the efficiency of field detection.
