摘　　要：论文以某砌体结构房屋为例,依据JGJ125-2016《危险房屋鉴定标准》对其危险性进行了鉴定。通过现场检查、检测和计算分析,对房屋的危险性进行了评定,并提出了相应的处理建议,为房屋的安全管理提供了可靠依据,可为类似房屋的危险性鉴定提供参考。This article takes a masonry structure building as an example and evaluates its danger based on the JGJ 125-2016“Identification Standards for Dangerous Buildings”.Through on-site inspection,testing,and calculation analysis,the danger of the house was assessed,and corresponding handling suggestions were proposed,providing a reliable basis for the safety management of the house,which can provide reference for hazard assessment of similar buildings.
