摘 要:由于时间和成本的多重因素影响,在灌注桩质量检测的过程中往往先采用声波透射法和低应变法检测,当发现疑似问题桩时再采用多种方法进行验证检测,最终确定桩身缺陷位置及类型以及严重程度。本文通过工程案例分析研究,综合采用声波透射法、低应变法、钻孔全景数字成像法、单孔声波法和钻芯法等5种方法,并结合各种方法的优点和不足对混凝土灌注桩的缺陷进行分析,进而能较全面、准确地反映灌注桩的缺陷的范围和程度,为后续缺陷处理提供可靠依据。Due to the multiple factors of time and cost,in the process of quality inspection of cast-inplace piles,acoustic wave transmission method and low strain method are often used for detailed inspection and detection.When suspected problem piles are found,various methods are used for verification and detection.Finally,the location,type and severity of pile defects are determined.In this paper,through the analysis and research of engineering cases,five methods,such as acoustic wave transmission method,low strain method,borehole panoramic digital imaging method,single hole acoustic wave method and core drilling method,are used to analyze the defects of concrete cast-in-place piles by combining the advantages and disadvantages of various methods,so as to reflect the scope and degree of defects of cast-in-place piles more comprehensively and accurately,and provide a reliable basis for subsequent defect treatment.
