摘　　要：近两年,随着全球经济形势的下行,国内地产行业的不景气,建筑市场业务量急剧下降,给装饰施工企业的生存、发展带来严峻的考验,各同行都在寻求应对的策略。论文通过凯里亚德酒店精装修工程创建国家优质工程奖全过程的实例分析、归纳,对取得良好的社会经济效益进行总结,得出经验:作为装饰企业,面对如此恶劣的市场竞争环境,应坚持以质量取胜的战略思想,“创精品工程,树企业丰碑”,不断提升企业综合管理水平,提高核心竞争力,去积极开拓市场,该策略对于装饰施工企业具有重要的参考价值。In the past two years,with the global economic downturn and the downturn in the domestic real estate industry,the business volume of the construction market has sharply declined,posing a severe challenge to the survival and development of decoration and construction enterprises.Various peers are seeking strategies to cope with this situation.This article analyzes and summarizes the entire process of creating the National Quality Engineering Award through the fine decoration project of Kailiyade Hotel,and summarizes the good social and economic benefits achieved.The experience is that as a decoration enterprise,facing such a harsh market competition environment,we should adhere to the strategic thinking of winning by quality,“create high-quality projects,build enterprise monuments”,continuously improve the comprehensive management level of the enterprise,enhance core competitiveness,and actively explore the market,this strategy has important reference value for decoration construction enterprise.
