摘　　要：本文以南京仁恒江湾城项目为例,首先明确了住宅装修创优的意义;其次从组织与制度、工程材料管理、关键工序控制三个方面,阐述如何进行创优策划;然后,以工序穿插模型总结项目的流水施工方法,使进度管控与工程创优有效结合;再接着,又说明了精品工程的质量控制重点;通过多措并举,本项目最终先后获得了中国建设工程鲁班奖、中国土木工程詹天佑奖。给同行企业和类似项目提供了较好的示范,对住宅装修的工程管理具有一定的借鉴、指导意义。This article takes the Nanjing Yanlord Jiangwan City project as an example to first clarify the significance of creating excellence in residential decoration;Secondly,elaborate on how to carry out optimization planning from three aspects:organization and system,engineering material management,and key process control;Then,summarize the project's flow construction method using a process interweaving model,effectively combining schedule control with engineering excellence;Furthermore,it explains the key points of quality control for high-quality projects;Through multiple measures,this project ultimately won the China Construction Engineering Luban Award and the China Civil Engineering Zhan Tianyou Award.This provides a good demonstration for peer enterprises and similar projects,and has certain reference and guidance significance for the engineering management of residential decoration.
