摘　　要：针对城市历史保护、场所更新与原址安置及公共价值重塑等项目关键问题,深入分析项目的城市文脉、安置要求、环境交通、场所功能等城市规划限制及现状矛盾因素,通过以城市复兴理念为设计引领,以“保留”“再生”为切入点,采取“镶嵌、重构、焕新”等创新手段,实现场所及建筑的价值、功能、精神的再生,实现了城市文化、街区风貌、空间环境、商业功能与时代都市生活的活力复兴。In response to key issues related to urban historical protection,site renewal and resettlement,as well as public value reshaping,this study conducts an in-depth analysis of various urban planning limitations and current contradictory factors such as urban context,resettlement requirements,environmental transportation,and site functions.Guided by the concept of urban revitalization and starting from“preservation”and“regeneration”,innovative methods such as“embedding,reconstruction,and revitalization”are adopted,the value,function and spirit of the place and architecture are regenerated,and the vitality of urban culture,block style,space environment,commercial function and urban life of the times are achieved.
