摘　　要：研究了基于视频监控技术的高铁运营综合管理,分析了高铁运营综合管理需求,阐述了综合视频监控系统架构,从接发车监控、行车调度、客运管理、货运管理等核心环节出发,介绍了高铁运营综合管理中视频监控技术的具体应用,提升视频数据采集、传递、分析、处理的智能化水平,保证各部门、各岗位的协同工作效果,维护高铁系统的安全稳定运行。The paper studies the comprehensive management of high-speed rail operation based on video monitoring technology,analyzes the requirements of comprehensive management of high-speed rail operation,elaborates on the architecture of the comprehensive video monitoring system,and introduces the specific application of video monitoring technology in the comprehensive management of high-speed rail operation from the core links of receiving and departure monitoring,train scheduling,passenger management,freight management,etc.,to improve the intelligence level of video data collection,transmission,analysis,and processing,ensure the collaborative work effect of various departments and positions,and maintain the safe and stable operation of the high-speed rail system.
