摘　　要：以贝拉港鱼码头重建工程项目混凝土靠船构件安装为背景,从“人员、设备、环境、管理”等角度着手,重点围绕对高桩码头整体施工安全及进度影响较大的靠船构件吊装环节中面临的主要风险进行分析并提出切实有效的安全管控措施。论文旨在阐述靠船构件安装施工中的安全管控要点,保证靠船构件施工全过程的安全性。Based on the installation of concrete berth components in the reconstruction project of fish wharf in Bela Port,this paper analyzes the main risks in the lifting of berth components,which have a great impact on the overall construction safety and progress of high pile wharf,and puts forward effective safety control measures from the perspectives of“personnel,equipment,environment and management”,aims to elaborate the key points of safety control in the installation and construction of ship anchorage components,and ensure the safety of the whole construction process of the docking construction.
