摘  要:以吕梁新城体育场屋面结构为例,介绍了预制拼装混凝土屋面壳体的特点和施工难点。结合本工程预制混凝土壳体单元四边为不共面四边形的特点,推导了以对边等比例分点连线为直纹的四边形曲面壳体找形公式;详细给出了混凝土双曲壳体预制技术和混凝土壳体与钢结构连接技术。在壳体安装及后浇缝现浇过程中进行了变形监测和有限元模拟,竖向变形与有限元分析基本吻合。Taking the roof structure of Lüliang New Town Stadium as an example,the characteristics and construction difficulties of prefabricated concrete roof shell are introduced.Combined with the characteristics that the four sides of the prefabricated concrete shell unit in this project are non-coplanar quadrilaterals,the form-finding formula of quadrilateral curved shell with straight lines of equiproportional points on the opposite sides is derived.The precast technology of concrete hyperbolic shell and the connection technology of concrete shell and steel structure are given in detail.The deformation monitoring and finite element simulation were carried out in the process of shell installation and post-pouring joint casting.The vertical deformation was basically consistent with the finite element analysis.
