摘 要:吕梁新城体育场屋盖钢结构以4个大跨度钢拱为主受力结构,双向跨度分别为204m和160m,四角坐落在由4个预应力混凝土拉梁连接的4个混凝土承台上,承台为屋盖钢结构提供了强大的约束,使屋盖钢结构温度效应明显。分析钢结构合龙难点,介绍了合龙顺序、合龙措施及合龙温度控制,采用有限元分析了承台对钢屋盖的约束大小,模拟了体育场屋盖钢结构合龙前后温度产生的变形和内力,特别是温度对合龙段长度的影响。The roof steel structure of Lüliang New Town Stadium is mainly composed of four large-span steel arches with two-way spans of 204m and 160m respectively.The four corners are located on four concrete caps connected by four prestressed concrete pull beams.The caps provide strong constraints for the roof steel structure,which makes the temperature effect of the roof steel structure obvious.The difficulties of steel structure closure are analyzed.The closure sequence,closure measures and closure temperature control are introduced.The finite element analysis is used to analyze the constraint size of the cap on the steel roof.The deformation and internal force of the temperature before and after the closure of the stadium roof steel structure are simulated,especially the influence of temperature on the length of the closure section.
