摘  要:整体空中造楼模架装备是一种适用于高层、超高层混凝土核心筒结构施工的空中造楼集成装备,其模板的提升一般采用手动倒链进行提升和开合,机械化程度低且操控复杂,难以满足自动化工业化作业需求。针对整体空中造楼模架装备模板自动开合难题,研发了用于超高层核心筒施工和电梯井核心筒施工的可自动开合模板系统,并对其构造设计、工作原理和实施方式进行了介绍。两套新型自动开合模板系统有效提高了模板的自动化水平和施工效率,保障了混凝土结构的成型质量。The integral air building formwork equipment is an integrated air building equipment suitable for the construction of tall and super-tall concrete core tube structures.The lifting of the formwork is generally carried out by manual chain inversion,which has low mechanization and complex operation,and is difficult to meet the needs of automated industrialization.Aiming at the problem of automatic opening and closing of formwork equipment for integral air building formwork,an automatic opening and closing formwork system for super tall core tube construction and elevator shaft core tube construction is developed,and its structural design,working principle and implementation method are introduced.The two new automatic opening and closing formwork systems effectively improve the automation level and construction efficiency of the formwork,and ensure the forming quality of the concrete structure.
