新时代高校共青团服务青年创新创业的优化路径

摘　　要：创新创业人才在国家自主创新中发挥着不可替代的作用。“双创”背景下,高校共青团充分利用自身资源服务创新创业工作,扎实推进青年大学生创新创业发展是一项长期性战略任务。文章运用问卷调查的方式,对地方财经类高校共青团服务青年创新创业的现实问题、天然优势、成功案例进行调研。研究显示:地方财经类高校共青团在服务青年创新创业过程中面临项目扶持力度不足、融资渠道不畅、基地质量不高、培训效果不佳的现实困境。高校共青团应进一步明晰职能定位、整合双创资源、创新教育理念、探索多元模式,打造具有地方特色、高校特色的创新创业服务模式。Innovative and entrepreneurial talents play an irreplaceable role in national independent innovation.Under the environment of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,how to fully utilize its own resources to serve the innovation and entrepreneurship work of college youth league,and solidly promote the development of innovation and entrepreneurship of young college students has become a long-term strategic task.This paper uses questionnaire survey to analyse the real problems,natural advantages and successful cases of local financial colleges and universities‘Youth League serving youth innovation and entrepreneurship,and puts forward the optimization path for local financial colleges and universities’youth League serving youth innovation and entrepreneurship in the new era.The result shows that the Communist Youth League of local finance and economics colleges and universities has the realistic dilemma of insufficient project support,poor financing channels,low quality of bases,and poor training effect in the process of serving youth innovation and entrepreneurship.The Communist Youth League of colleges and universities should further clarify its function and positioning,integrate dual-creation resources,innovate educational concepts and explore diversified modes,so as to create an innovation and entrepreneurship service model with local characteristics.
