摘　　要：习近平总书记治水思路是对治水世界之问的科学回答,开创了世界治水的人类文明新形态,必将引领新时代世界治水的前进方向。在深入分析全球水安全面临的严峻挑战、中国治水涵盖世界面临的主要水问题的基础上,文章明确指出习近平总书记治水思路提供了水治理世界之问的中国答案,并深刻论述了习近平总书记治水思路确立了以人民为中心的治水价值取向,开辟了系统治理的治水之道,谱写了构建人类命运共同体的治水新篇章,绘就了命运与共、人水和谐的人类文明新形态。在对中国治水实践为世界树立水治理的典范、“一带一路”水利合作成果为世界治水提供中国样本进行分析论证的基础上,文章研究提出习近平总书记治水思路为新时代全球水治理提供了全新路径,必将引领新时代世界治水的发展方向和前进之路,推动建设持久和平、普遍安全、共同繁荣、开放包容、清洁美丽的世界。General Secretary Xi Jinping's water governance principles is a scientific response to the global question of water governance,which has created a new form of human civilization for global water governance and will undoubtedly lead the direction of global water governance in the new era.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the severe challenges facing global water security and China's water governance covering the major water issues facing the world,this article clearly points out that General Secretary Xi Jinping's water governance principles provide a Chinese answer to the global water governance issues.Meanwhile,the article profoundly discusses General Secretary Xi Jinping's water governance principles,which establishes a people-centered water governance value orientation,opens up a systematic approach to water governance,writes a new chapter in water governance for a community with a shared future for mankind,and paints a new form of human civilization with shared destiny and harmonious water governance.On the basis of analyzing and demonstrating China's water governance practices as a model for the world and the achievements of the“Belt and Road”water conservancy cooperation as a Chinese sample for world water governance,this article proposes that General Secretary Xi Jinping's water governance principles provide a new path for global water governance in the new era,which will surely lead the development direction and progress of global water governance in the new era,and contribute to a world with enduring peace,universal security,common prosperity,openness,inclusiveness,cleanliness and beauty.
