摘　　要：南水北调工程是党中央决策建设的重大战略性基础设施,是跨流域跨区域配置水资源的骨干工程。全面通水以来,随着工程效益持续发挥,南水北调核心价值与时俱进,不断丰富发展。总结凝练和弘扬南水北调核心价值理念,对于鼓舞水利干部职工干事创业激情,推进南水北调后续工程高质量发展,具有重大现实意义。The South-to-North Water Diversion Project is a major strategic infrastructure decided by the Party Central Committee and a backbone project for trans-basin and trans-regional allocation of water resources.Since the comprehensive operation of water,with the continuous development of project benefits,the core value of South-to-North Water Transfer has been advancing with The Times and continuously enriched.It is of great practical significance to summarize and carry forward the core value concept of the South-to-North Water Diversion project to inspire the entrepreneurial passion of water conservancy cadres,workers and officers and promote the high-quality development of the follow-up project.
