摘　　要：水利是我国实现高质量发展的基础性支撑和重要带动力量,“十四五”以来投资需求较大,亟需拓宽长期融资渠道。产业投资基金由于其灵活的形式和汇集资本的强大功能,成为地方政府基础设施建设融资的有效途径。文章拟在分析基础设施等相关领域产业投资基金运作做法经验、取得成效及存在问题的基础上,研究提出相关启示和建议,为水利行业用好产业投资基金提供参考借鉴。Water conservancy is the basic support and a crucial driving force for China's high-quality development.Since the 14 th Five-Year Plan period,the investment demand has been on the rise,so it is urgent to broaden long-term financing channels.Due to their flexible forms and powerful function of pooling capital,industrial investment funds have become an effective way for the financing of infrastructure construction of local governments.This paper studies and puts forward relevant enlightenment and suggestions on the basis of analyzing the practical experience,achievements,and existing problems of industrial investment funds in infrastructure and other related fields,in a bid to provide reference for the water sector to make a good use of industrial investment funds.
