摘　　要：随着大模型技术的日益成熟,教育领域迎来了前所未有的变革机遇。在心理健康教育领域,大模型技术凭借卓越的自然语言处理、知识推理和情感分析能力为心理健康的评估、干预和预防工作提供了前所未有的精准度、效率和个性化服务。文章首先强调了大模型视域下心理健康教育的重要意义及其变革潜力,指出了实施过程中可能遇到的挑战,探讨了大模型视域下心理健康教育体系构建的目标、原则、基本策略及具体实践路径,旨在形成一套科学、系统的构建方案。最后,文章构建了大模型视域下的心理健康教育体系框架,该框架不仅为心理健康教育的转型和升级奠定了坚实的理论和实践基础,而且为学生的心理健康成长和全面发展提供了可靠的保障。With the increasing maturity of large-scale modeling technology,the education sector has ushered in unprecedented opportunities for transformation.In the field of mental health education,big model technology provides unprecedented precision,efficiency,and personalized services for the assessment,intervention,and prevention of mental health through its excellent natural language processing,knowledge reasoning,and emotion analysis capabilities.The article first emphasizes the significance and transformative potential of mental health education from the perspective of big models,points out the challenges that may be encountered in the implementation process,and explores the goals,principles,basic strategies,and specific practical paths of constructing a mental health education system from the perspective of big models,aiming to form a scientific and systematic construction plan.Finally,the article constructs a framework for the mental health education system from the perspective of the big model.This framework not only lays a solid theoretical and practical foundation for the transformation and upgrading of mental health education,but also provides reliable guarantees for students̓mental health growth and comprehensive development.
