85份赏食兼用型番茄果实农艺性状鉴定及抗病性评价

摘  要:为了筛选综合性状优良的番茄种质,本研究收集了85份赏食兼用型番茄种质材料,对其进行7个主要农艺性状表型遗传多样性分析,利用分子标记鉴定5个抗病基因(Ty-1、Ty-2、Ty-3、Tm-2^(a)、Ph-3)。结果表明,供试番茄5个果实农艺性状遗传变异丰富,变异系数在20%~87%之间,多样性指数在4.13~4.90之间。通过抗病性分子标记检测,成功筛选出2份含有3种抗病基因的材料,以及14份含有2种抗病基因的材料。不同番茄种质资源在农艺性状和抗病性方面存在明显差异,表明它们具有较大的遗传变异潜力。In order to screen tomato(Solanum lycopersicum L.)germplasms with good comprehensive traits,85 tomato germplasm materials were collected,and phenotypic genetic diversity of 7 main agronomic traits were analyzed.Five resistance genes(Ty-1、Ty-2、Ty-3、Tm-2^(a)、Ph-3)were identified by molecular markers.The results showed that the genetic variation of 5 fruit agronomic traits was abundant,the coefficient of variation was between 20%and 87%,and the diversity index was between 4.13 and 4.90.Through the detection of disease resistance molecular markers,2 materials containing 3 kinds of disease resistance genes and 14 materials containing 2 kinds of disease resistance genes were successfully screened.There were obvious differences in agronomic traits and disease resistance among different tomato germplasm resources,which indicated that they had great potential of genetic variation.
