摘 要:本试验旨在探究低胎次加系妊娠母猪背膘变化对产仔性能的影响,分别在初产母猪和二胎母猪的不同妊娠阶段用卡尺测定其背膘厚度,根据测定的背膘厚度将母猪分为不同处理组,分别代表不同的背膘区间,同时记录各处理组母猪的产仔性能。结果表明,初产母猪在妊娠30 d时,22~24 mm背膘区间的窝均产健仔数显著高于15~17 mm区间(P<0.05),仔猪初生窝重显著高于15~17 mm和18~19 mm的背膘区间(P<0.05)。二胎母猪在妊娠30 d时,背膘厚为20~21 mm组母猪的窝均总产仔数和窝均健仔数均显著高于其他背膘区间(P<0.05);在妊娠60 d时,背膘厚为20~21 mm的母猪组窝均总产仔数和窝均健仔数显著高于15~17 mm和18~19 mm区间(P<0.05);在妊娠90 d和110 d阶段,背膘厚为22~24mm的母猪组窝均总产仔数和窝均健仔数显著高于12~14 mm和15~17 mm区间(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,初产母猪的产仔初生窝重与妊娠30 d背膘厚呈显著正相关(P<0.05),窝均健仔数与妊娠30 d背膘有正相关趋势(P=0.097)。二胎母猪的窝均总产仔数和窝均健仔数与妊娠30 d、60 d、90 d和110 d背膘厚均有显著正相关性(P<0.05),仔猪的初生窝重与母猪妊娠30 d、60 d和90 d的背膘厚度呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。综上所述,初产母猪妊娠30 d背膘厚与产仔性能呈正相关,理想的背膘范围为22~24 mm;二胎母猪产仔性能与妊娠30 d、60 d、90 d和110 d背膘厚均存在显著正相关性,综合考虑,母猪妊娠不同阶段的理想背膘厚度的推荐范围分别为妊娠30 d背膘厚为20~21 mm,妊娠60 d背膘厚为20~21 mm,妊娠90 d背膘厚为22~24 mm和妊娠110 d背膘厚为22~24 mm。This experiment aimed to investigate the impact of changes in backfat on the litter performance of Canadian sows with low parity pregnancies.Backfat calipers were used to measure backfat at different gestation stages for both first-parturient and sec-ond-parturient sows.Based on the measured backfat thickness,sows were divided into distinct treatment groups representing different backfat intervals,and the litter performance for each treatment group was recorded.The results indicated that at 30 days of gestation,average healthy litter size within the 22~24 mm backfat range was significantly higher than that in 15~17 mm backfat ranges(P<0.05),while litter weight at birth was also significantly higher compared to those in both the 15~17 mm and 18~19 mm ranges(P<0.05).The average litter size and healthy litter size of second litters with backfat of 20~21 mm were significantly superior to those in other ranges at day 30 of gestation(P<0.05).At day 60 of gestation,average litter size and healthy litter size for sows with a backfat thickness of 20~21 mm surpassed those observed in both the 15~17 mm and 18~19 mm categories(P<0.05).Furthermore,by day 90 and 110 of gestation,average litter size as well as healthy litter size within the range of 22~24 mm exceeded those found in both the 12~14 mm and 15~17 mm ranges(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis revealed that litter weight at birth were significantly positively correlated with backfat at 30 days gestation(P<0.05),and there was a positive correlation tendency between healthy litter size and backfat at 30 days gestation(P=0.097).Additionally,total litters sizes along with healthy litters sizes from second pregnancies exhibited significant positive correlations with backfat across all measured time points-30 days,60 days,90 days and 110 days post-conception(P<0.05).The litter weight at birth of second litter was significantly positively correlated with backfat at 30,60 and 90 days of gestation(P<0.05).In summary,there was a positive correlation between backfat at 30 days
