拉图尔行动者网络理论视角下六堡茶制作技艺传承的历史流变、现实困境及发展思路

摘　　要：广西梧州六堡茶制作技艺作为第四批国家级非物质文化遗产技艺类代表项目,其传承保护对广西经济、文化发展具有重要意义,对丰富我国技艺类非遗文化传承体系具有借鉴价值。当前六堡茶制作技艺的传承受到现代技术的冲击与挑战,面临传承与发展的现实问题。研究以拉图尔行动者网络理论为依托,对广西苍梧县六堡茶制作技艺进行考察,探究其传承流变,分析不同时期行动者网络的变迁过程,探析六堡茶活态传承的参与主体与影响因素,从构建各利益相关体协商机制、推进产业顶层设计、搭建全产业链人才桥梁等多个方面助推六堡茶制作技艺的活态传承。As a representative of the fourth batch of national intangible cultural heritage techniques,the production techniques of Liubao tea in Wuzhou,Guangxi are of great significance for the economic and cultural development of Guangxi,and have reference value for China’s rich inheritance system of intangible cultural heritage techniques.The inheritance of the current Liubao tea production techniques has been impacted and challenged by modern technology,facing practical problems of inheritance and development.The study examines the production technology of Liubao tea in Cangwu County of Guangxi using the Latour actor network theory,explores the inheritance and evolution of Liubao tea production technology,analyzes the evolution process of actor networks in different periods,and explores the participating parties and influencing factors of Liubao tea’s active inheritance,so as to promote the active inheritance of Liubao tea production skills from building a consultation mechanism among various stakeholders,promoting top-level industrial design and building a talent bridge across the entire industry chain and other aspects.
