摘　　要：新质生产力理论作为习近平经济思想的重要组成部分,对高校文化建设产生了深远影响。基于新质生产力的视角,梳理其与高校文化建设之间的关系,揭示高校如何通过新质生产力推动文化建设的创新实践。文章从内容建设、队伍建设和机制建设三个方面阐述新质生产力赋能高校文化建设的实现路径。同时,对当前高校文化建设中的实践路径和创新举措进行分析,旨在为高校更有效地激发师生的创新潜能、提升科研和教学活力以及推进高校文化事业的数字化转型提供理论和实践指导。As an important part of Xi Jinping’s economic thought,the theory of new quality productivity has had a profound impact on the cultural construction of colleges and universities.Based on the perspective of new quality productivity,the relationship between new quality productivity and the cultural construction of colleges and universities was clarified,revealing how colleges and universities can promote the innovative practice of cultural construction through new quality productivity.The realization path of new quality productivity empowering the cultural construction of colleges and universities was illustrated from three aspects:content construction,team building and mechanism construction.At the same time,an analysis was made on the current practical paths and innovative measures in the cultural construction of colleges and universities,aiming to provide theoretical and practical guidance for colleges and universities to more effectively stimulate the innovation potential of teachers and students,enhance the vitality of scientific research and teaching,and promote the digital transformation of university cultural undertakings.
