摘　　要：为满足国土空间规划对建筑物时空信息服务的需求,提出以院落和建筑物为实体对象汇聚、关联各类信息的数据模型和数据规范,深入研究建筑物实体数据采集、建库的关键技术,研发了国土空间规划建筑物实体时空专题数据库展示系统,实现多源数据汇聚融合与地理实体的定制化组装,为国土空间规划提供多维度、多层次的时空信息支撑。To meet the demand for spatiotemporal information services of buildings in territorial spatial planning,we propose a data model and data specifications that aggregate and relate various types of information using courtyards and buildings as entity objects.We delve into the key technologies for building′s data collection and database construction,and develop a spatiotemporal thematic database display system for buildings in territorial spatial planning.This system enables the integration of multi�source data and the on-demand assembly of geographic entities.It explores the application of the database in the preparation,implementation,monitoring,and evaluation of territorial spatial planning at macro,meso,and micro levels,providing a reference for the construction,management,and application of urban building thematic databases.
