硼酸盐改性凹凸棒土制备壳聚糖-羟乙基纤维素气凝胶吸附罗丹明B染料性能研究

摘  要:采用四硼酸钠(STB)改性ATP,引入硼酸基团提高了材料对染料的选择性,后与壳聚糖(CS)和羟乙基纤维素(HEC)交联,制备STB-ATP@CS-HEC气凝胶,用于去除罗丹明B染料(RhB)。理化表征结果表明,该气凝胶具有良好的溶胀性,60 min达到溶胀平衡,溶胀率为1 172.5%。基于准二级模型、Temkin和Freundlich等温线模型,可以较好地描述气凝胶对RhB染料的吸附行为,主要是化学多分子层吸附。在303 K时,将20 mg材料投加到50 mL初始浓度为250 mg/L的RhB染料中,吸附量178.83 mg/g。材料有良好的吸附再生能力,在染料废水处理领域具有良好的应用前景。Sodium tetraborate was utilized for modifying the intaglio clay,introducing the boric acid group to enhance the material's selectivity towards the dye.It was then cross-linked with chitosan and hydroxyethyl cellulose to fabricate STB-ATP@CS-HEC aerogel,intended for the removal of rhodamine B dye.The physicochemical characterization results revealed favorable swelling properties of the aerogel,reaching equilibrium within 60 minutes at a swelling ratio of 1172.5%.The adsorption behavior of the aerogel on rhodamine B dye could be accurately described using the quasisecondary model,Temkin and Freundlich isotherm models,primarily indicating chemical monomolecular layer adsorption.When 20 mg of the 303 K material was introduced into 50 mL of RhB dye with an initial concentration of 250 mg/L,the adsorption amount reached 178.83 mg/g.The material exhibited promising adsorption regeneration capability,thus demonstrating its potential for application in dye wastewater treatment.
