摘 要:建立并启动MABR耦合AO工艺反应器,探讨耦合工艺对高原地区生活污水的处理效果。考察不同运行条件下耦合工艺对COD、氨氮和总氮的去除效果。结果表明:水力停留时间为24 h,硝化液回流比为200%,连续运行下耦合工艺对COD、总氮、氨氮的平均去除率分别为88.17%、71.35%、89.45%。通过微生物群落分析可知,改变水力停留时间和硝化液回流比对菌群丰度和多样性有所增加,生物膜内含有多种硝化及反硝化菌群,各菌群协同作用实现高效脱氮。A reactor combining a membrane-aerated biofilm reactor(MABR)with an anoxic-oxic(AO)process was established to explore the treatment effects on domestic sewage in plateau areas.The study investigated the removal efficiencies of chemical oxygen demand(COD),ammonia nitrogen,and total nitrogen under different operating conditions using the coupled process.The results showed that with a hydraulic retention time of 24 hours and a nitrification liquid reflux ratio of 200%,the average removal rates of COD,total nitrogen,and ammonia nitrogen under continuous operation were 88.17%,71.35%,and 89.45%,respectively.Microbial community analysis indicated that changing the hydraulic retention time and nitrification reflux ratio increased the abundance and diversity of microbial communities.The biofilm contained a variety of nitrifying and denitrifying bacterial communities that worked together to achieve efficient nitrogen removal.
